Frequently asked questions
How do I report a wrong Islamic date or prayer time?
Choose "Report a wrong date or time" in the form, tell us your city, and add the source of the correct date or time, such as your local moon-sighting announcement or mosque timetable. We check every report and update the page if needed.
Can you add a Ramadan timetable for my city?
Yes. Choose "Request a city timetable" and type your city and country. We add the most requested cities first, using the calculation method your local mosques follow.
How soon will I get a reply?
We read every message and usually reply within a few days. Date corrections close to Ramadan and Eid get priority.
Is my message private?
Yes. We only use your name and email to reply to you. Messages are stored securely and never shared or used for marketing. See our privacy policy for details.
